Prenatal Yoga at The Rumina Center


Join me on Sunday mornings at The Rumina Center for a 75-minute prenatal yoga class.

During each class, you can:

  • Connect with other pregnant people to cultivate emotional support that is so vital during pregnancy and postpartum

  • Practice asana (shapes) to address common pregnancy symptoms such as low back pain, heart burn, calf tightness, carpal tunnel syndrome

  • Practice pranayama (breath work) to better understand the power of your breath and foster a deeper connection to yourself and your baby

Note: We will not be meeting on October 15th.
