Join me on Sunday mornings at The Rumina Center for a 75-minute prenatal yoga class.
During each class, you can:
Connect with other pregnant people to cultivate emotional support that is so vital during pregnancy and postpartum
Practice asana (shapes) to address common pregnancy symptoms such as low back pain, heart burn, calf tightness, carpal tunnel syndrome
Practice pranayama (breath work) to better understand the power of your breath and foster a deeper connection to yourself and your baby
