Once a month on Monday evenings, you can join me at the Mountain Road Library for a 60-minute all-levels yoga class.
We will practice breath work and physical poses that best support your physical and emotional needs so you can cultivate and maintain a stronger mind-body connection on and off your mat.
Bring your mat and any props you need to support you in your yoga practice.
