Weekly Prenatal Yoga Class


Every Tuesday evening at 6 PM in April, we will practice prenatal yoga for 75 minutes.

Prenatal yoga is centered around pregnancy and the birthing experience. You can practice poses, breathwork, and meditation, all in support of easing any discomforts and cultivating a stronger mind-body connection in preparation for the birthing experience.

Join us to move, breathe, connect to your baby and others, and feel empowered in your own body.

To best support you in your practice, feel free to bring a block, bolster, couch cushions, blankets, or all of the above!
