  • In 1:1 in-person or virtual sessions, you can choose to explore power and/or restorative yoga, Pranayama (expansion of your prana (life force)), meditation, or a holistic combination of all of the above.

    $98 per session.  

    Travel fees may apply for in-person sessions.

  • In 1:1 in-person or virtual prenatal sessions, you can choose to explore asana (postures) to increase your strength and flexibility of your muscles needed for childbirth, Pranayama (expansion of your prana (life force)) techniques to reduce or manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and prepare to manage contractions during labor with strength and ease, and decrease common pregnancy symptoms such as lower back pain, nausea, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, or insomnia.

    $98 per session.
