Starting August 16, 2024, you can join me on Friday evenings at 5 PM for a 75-minute virtual prenatal yoga class.
Prenatal yoga is centered around pregnancy and the birthing experience. You can practice poses, breathwork, and meditation, all in support of easing any discomforts and cultivating a stronger mind-body connection in preparation for the birthing experience.
Join us to move, breathe, connect to your baby and others, and feel empowered in your own body.
To best support you in your practice, please bring two blocks, a bolster, couch cushions, blankets, or all of the above!
Your investment: $175 for six-week series or $35 for a drop-in class.
