Yoga for You is an all-levels yoga class in which you have the option to practice physical shapes (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dharana) that best support your physical and emotional needs and assist you in cultivating a stronger mind-body connection on and off your mat.
To assist you in your practice, it is recommended to bring a yoga mat and any additional props that you may need e.g., blocks, blanket, pillow
